HALLMARK KNOWS SERVICE
You must have a service appointment. Please do not drop in, we will not be able to accommodate you. Minimum service charge at hallmark is $190.00. Hallmark’s service rate is $190.00 per hour. If hallmark works on your camper for 3 hours, you will be responsible for the allotted time used. All parts used will be an additional cost. Prices subject to change without notice.
To request a service appointment, please call us. Service appointments will be made by phone ONLY. Service questions may be E-mailed. Hallmark is a small manufacture, we do not have a dedicated phone & e-mail service team. This means that an e-mail may OR may not be answered. Calling is the quickest way to get answers. Any major service should be scheduled in the winter (October – February). Hallmark can only handle a limited amount of service work the months of March through September.
